2. Coffeeangel eGift Cards (online)
Buying an eGift Card
eGift Cards are purchased on coffeeangel.com.
You choose the amount, add a personal message and the recipient’s email address.
The recipient receives a unique eGift Card code by email.
Using an eGift Card
eGift Cards can be used only on coffeeangel.com.
At checkout, enter the eGift Card code; any remaining balance stays on the card for future orders.
eGift Cards cannot be used directly in Coffeeangel shops or exchanged for cash.

3. Store credit on coffeeangel.com
On coffeeangel.com, “store credit” refers to value that sits on your online account, not on a separate card. You might receive store credit:
As part of our Online Loyalty & Rewards program
As a welcome bonus for your first online order (when applicable)
As a goodwill credit from our support team (for example, after an issue with an order)
How store credit works
Store credit is linked to your Coffeeangel online account email.
At checkout you will see your available store‑credit balance and can choose to apply some or all of it to your order.
Store credit is applied to your order value (excluding any items or charges that are not eligible for discounts).
Store credit earned online is only valid on coffeeangel.com and cannot be used in Coffeeangel shops.
4. Online Loyalty & Rewards – earning store credit
Our Online Loyalty & Rewards program rewards you with store credit based on your lifetime online spend at coffeeangel.com (excluding shipping and discounts).
You move through three online spend tiers:
Tier 1 – €250+ total online spend
Earn 5% store credit on eligible online orders.
Tier 2 – €500+ total online spend
Earn 7.5% store credit on eligible online orders.
Tier 3 – €1000+ total online spend
Earn 10% store credit on eligible online orders.
Key points:
Your lifetime online spend and tier are tracked automatically once you shop while logged into your account.
As soon as you cross a tier threshold (€250, €500, €1000), future eligible orders earn at the new percentage.
Store credit is usually issued when an order is paid; if an order is refunded, related credit may be reversed.
Some products or promotions may not earn rewards; any exclusions will be clearly stated on the relevant product or campaign.
5. Welcome bonus (online only)
New online customers may receive a welcome store credit as a thank you for placing their first order with Coffeeangel online.
Earn €5 welcome credit on your first online order over €25 (excluding shipping), when this promotion is active.
The welcome credit is issued once your order is marked as paid and is valid for 60 days from that date.
Welcome credit can only be used on coffeeangel.com and cannot be redeemed in our shops.
The welcome bonus is available on qualifying first online orders placed on or after 10/02/2026 as part of our updated Online Loyalty & Rewards program.
If the qualifying order is cancelled or refunded in full, the welcome credit may also be cancelled.
6. Expiry and validity
To keep rewards active and meaningful, both eGift Cards and online store credit have expiry rules.
eGift Cards
eGift Card expiry (if any) is stated at the time of purchase and in the confirmation email.
Any remaining balance after expiry cannot be used.
Store credit (including loyalty & welcome credit)
Online store credit issued through Online Loyalty & Rewards, welcome bonuses or support is valid for 60 days from the date it is issued, unless stated otherwise.
Expiry dates can be viewed in your online account; once credit has expired, it can no longer be used.
If we extend expiry as part of a special promotion, this will be clearly mentioned in the promotion terms.
Welcome credit is valid for 60 days from the date it is issued and is only available on first online orders placed after 10/02/2026.
Store credit is not transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Online vs in‑store: what’s separate?
Coffeeangel currently operates separate systems for online and in‑store payments and rewards:
Online (coffeeangel.com)
eGift Cards purchased on coffeeangel.com
Store credit and Online Loyalty & Rewards (tiers: 5% at €250+, 7.5% at €500+, 10% at €1000+)
Welcome credit and online-only promotions
In‑store (Coffeeangel shops)
Physical gift cards purchased in our cafés
In‑store loyalty points collected via Square at the till
Because these systems are separate:
Online eGift Cards and store credit cannot be used in‑store.
In‑store gift cards and loyalty points cannot be used on coffeeangel.com.
We are not currently able to transfer balances between online and in‑store accounts.

8. FAQs
Where can I see my online store‑credit balance?
Log into your account at coffeeangel.com and go to your account page. Your available store credit and any expiry dates will be displayed at checkout.
Can I combine an eGift Card and store credit on the same order?
Yes, provided both are valid and you are shopping on coffeeangel.com. Apply your eGift Card code first, then use any remaining store credit at checkout.
I have an in‑store gift card. Can I use it online?
No. In‑store gift cards can only be redeemed in Coffeeangel shops.
What happens if I return an order paid with store credit or an eGift Card?
Where possible, we will refund the applicable amount back to the original method (store credit or eGift Card). Any adjustments will be confirmed by our team.
