How to Purchase & Redeem Online eGift Cards

Online eGift Cards can only be used for purchases at coffeeangel.com. They are not valid in our cafés. The eGift Card code must be entered in the "Discount code or gift card" field during the standard checkout. It cannot be used with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay — these skip the code field. It cannot be redeemed as a Café Gift Card.
How to Purchase
Visit our Online Gift Card page.
Select your desired value.
Enter the recipient's email address and a personal message.
Complete checkout. The recipient will receive their eGift Card by email.
Didn't receive the eGift Card email? Ask the recipient to check their Spam or Junk folder, as well as any Promotions or Other tabs (e.g. in Gmail). If they use a corporate or business email address, their company's security filters may block automated emails — we recommend resending to a personal email address if this happens. Contact us at shop@coffeeangel.com or via live chat and we'll resend it right away.
How to Redeem
Shop at coffeeangel.com and add items to your basket.
At checkout, enter your eGift Card code in the "Discount code or gift card" field and click Apply. Don't use Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay — go through the standard checkout so your code applies.
The value will be applied to your order. If there's a balance left, you can use it on your next order.
Checking Your Balance
Paste your code on our Check your balance page. It will work out which system the code belongs to and show you what is left. No login needed.
Or open your Gift Wallet in your account. It lists your gift cards and, if you hold any store credit, each credit with its own "Use by" date. Online eGift Cards never expire, but credit from loyalty rewards or a welcome offer is valid for 60 days from issue, so it is worth a look. You will need to be logged in.

Refunds & Returns
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or Stolen Cards
If you lose your digital eGift Card, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Using eGift Cards with Discount Codes
Your eGift Card code goes in the same "Discount code or gift card" field as a promo code, so only one code applies per order. You can't combine an eGift Card with a discount code, and you can't use two eGift Cards on the same order. If a card doesn't cover the full amount, the balance stays on it for next time.
You also can't use online store credit or loyalty rewards to buy an eGift Card — please pay by card.

Please note: Coffee Card Bundle cards, Café Gift Cards, Send a Coffee and Online eGift Cards are not interchangeable. Always check you're purchasing the right card for your needs.
Send a Coffee is created by hand, Monday to Friday, 7am to 2pm, so it is not instant. See "How to Send a Coffee Gift".
