Gift Cards Overview: Online, Café & Coffee Card Bundle

We have two kinds of gift card, held on separate systems: one to spend online at coffeeangel.com, and cards to spend in our cafés. They're not interchangeable — a card for one won't work in the other — so it's worth checking you're buying the right one before you pay.

None of these cross over: an online card is online-only, café cards are café-only.


Refunds & Returns

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you've got the wrong type, the only option is a refund and repurchase — email shop@coffeeangel.com.


Lost or Stolen Cards

  • Physical cards: We cannot replace lost or stolen physical cards.

  • Digital cards: Please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to assist.


Choosing Your Gift Card Value

You can select from preset amounts or enter a custom value (within the allowed range) when purchasing an eGift Card.


Using Gift Cards with Discount Codes

Online, a gift card is entered in the discount-code field at checkout, and only one code applies per order. So you can use one online gift card per order, not two — and you can't apply an online gift card and a separate discount code to the same order. In our cafés, gift cards are spent at the till like any other payment.


eGift Card not received? Online eGift Cards are delivered by email immediately after purchase. If the recipient hasn’t received theirs, please ask them to check their Spam or Junk folder, Promotions or Other tabs (e.g. Gmail), and any corporate email quarantine. Business email addresses are more likely to have strict security filters that may block automated emails. If needed, we can resend to a personal email address — just contact us at shop@coffeeangel.com or via live chat.
