Short answer: no — and here's what to do.
We run two separate gift-card systems. Cards bought for coffeeangel.com work online only, and cards bought for our cafés work in the cafés only. They're held on different systems that can't share a balance, so a card set up for one won't work in the other.
If you've ended up with the wrong one, it can't be transferred or converted. The fix is a refund of the original purchase and a repurchase of the correct card. The refund goes to whoever bought it, so if you're the recipient we may need the buyer's order details — email shop@coffeeangel.com and we'll help.
