My recipient hasn't received their eGift Card email â what should they check?
eGift Cards are sent instantly by email once your order is complete. If the recipient hasn't received theirs, please ask them to check the following:
Spam or Junk folder â most email providers filter automated emails here automatically.
Promotions, Other, or Updates tabs â Gmail and some other providers may sort eGift Card emails into these tabs.
Corporate or company email quarantine â if the recipient uses a business email address (e.g. a company domain), their employerâs security filters may block or quarantine automated emails like eGift Cards. This is common with large organisations. We recommend asking them to check with their IT team, or providing a personal email address instead.
Search their inbox â try searching for âCoffeeangelâ or âgift cardâ in case the email has been filed or sorted automatically.
If the email address entered at checkout was incorrect, please contact us with your order number and the correct email address and we will resend your eGift Card straight away. You can reach us via live chat or at shop@coffeeangel.com.
