Using an Online eGift Card
Add your items to the basket and proceed to checkout.
Enter your eGift Card code in the "Discount code or gift card" field. Don't use Apple Pay, Google Pay or the Shop Pay "Pay now" button — these express checkouts skip this field, so your code won't apply. Go through the standard checkout instead.
Click "Apply". The value is deducted from your order total.
If a balance remains, pay the rest with another method.
Using Store Credit
Find your store-credit code. It's in the email that issued the credit, and it's also shown in the Gift Wallet in your account. You will need to be logged in.
Enter that code in the same "Discount code or gift card" field at checkout and click "Apply". There is no separate "Apply Store Credit" button — store credit is redeemed by entering its code, exactly like an eGift Card.
The available balance is applied to your order.
Your Gift Wallet shows your store-credit code, your balance, each credit with its own "Use by" date, your gift cards and your transaction history. A single balance can be made up of several credits with different dates, so the Gift Wallet is the place to check.

If your store-credit code won't apply, please don't keep retrying at checkout. Contact us at shop@coffeeangel.com and we'll sort it for you.
Note:
Online eGift Cards and store credit can only be used for online purchases at coffeeangel.com.
Café Gift Cards and Coffee Card Bundles are only redeemable in our cafés.
eGift Card codes, store-credit codes and discount codes all go in the same field, so only one code applies per order. You can't combine an eGift Card, store credit and a discount code on one order.
