What is "Send a Coffee"?
Send a Coffee is a small digital gift. You buy a coffee — or a coffee and a treat — online, we email a code to whoever you're treating and they redeem it in any of our cafés. A quick way to stand someone a coffee: a thank-you, a well done or just because.
In a nutshell: buy online, we email them, they redeem in a café.
How It Works
1. Buy online — at coffeeangel.com/products/send-a-coffee.
2. Choose your gift — Just a Coffee, €5.50 (any regular coffee); Coffee & Treat, €8.50 (a coffee and a pastry); Coffee for Two, €11.00 (two coffees).
3. Personalise it — the recipient's name and email, your name, a message of up to 200 characters and the send date (today or scheduled).
4. We'll email them — your recipient gets an email with your message and a redemption code. We send these during business hours, Monday to Friday, 7am–2pm.
5. They redeem it — they show the code to our team in any café.
When Will They Receive the Email?

Tip: ordering on Saturday for Monday? Set Monday as the send date so it arrives that morning.
How Do They Redeem Their Gift?
Your recipient gets an email with your message, a redemption code and directions to our cafés.
To redeem: visit any of our cafés, order their coffee (and treat, if that's the option) and show the code to our team.

Which cafés accept it? All ten of our cafés across Dublin and Monaghan — see the full list.
What can they get? Just a Coffee (€5.50): any regular coffee. Coffee & Treat (€8.50): a regular coffee and a pastry or treat. Coffee for Two (€11.00): two regular coffees. If their order comes to more than the gift, they can pay the difference.
How long is it valid? It doesn't expire — they can redeem it whenever they like.
Can I send to several people? Yes. Add a Send a Coffee for each person, fill in their details and check out once. Each gets their own email and code.
Are there any fees? No. The price you see (€5.50, €8.50 or €11.00) is what you pay, and the full value your recipient can redeem.
Can I use a discount code? Send a Coffee is a normal online purchase, so most discount codes apply at checkout.
The recipient hasn't received the email — what should they check? Their spam or junk folder, that the email address was right and that they're expecting an email from Coffeeangel. Still nothing? Email shop@coffeeangel.com with your order number and purchase date and we'll resend it, to a different address if needed.
Can I change the send date? Email shop@coffeeangel.com before the scheduled send time with your order number and the new date. We can only change it if we haven't sent the email yet.
Can I cancel or get a refund? Send a Coffee gifts are non-refundable once sent. If something's gone wrong technically, email shop@coffeeangel.com and we'll help.
The recipient is abroad? The code doesn't expire, so they can use it next time they're at one of our cafés in Ireland.
Can they use it online? No — it's for café redemption only. For an online gift, choose the Online eGift Card instead.
