What is "Send a Coffee"?
Send a Coffee is our quick digital gifting service that lets you surprise someone with a coffee treat at any Coffeeangel location. It's perfect for spontaneous thank-yous, celebrations, or just brightening someone's day.
In a nutshell: Buy online → We email them → They redeem in-store.
How It Works
1. Purchase online

2. Choose your gift
Just a Coffee – €5.50 (any regular coffee)
Coffee & Treat – €8.50 (coffee + pastry)
Coffee for Two – €11.00 (two coffees)
3. Personalise your gift
Recipient's name and email address
Your name (so they know who sent it!)
Personal message (up to 200 characters)
Delivery date (send today or schedule ahead)
4. We'll email them
Your recipient gets a beautifully designed email with your message and their unique redemption code during our business hours (Monday-Friday, 7am-2pm).
5. They redeem at any Coffeeangel location
They show their code to our baristas and enjoy their gift!
⏰ When Will They Receive the Email?
We process Send a Coffee gifts Monday to Friday, 7am-2pm only.

💡 Tip: If you're ordering on Saturday for Monday delivery, select Monday as your send date to ensure they get it that morning.

Can I cancel or get a refund?
Send a Coffee gifts are non-refundable once purchased, as they're processed as digital goods. However, if there's a technical issue or error, please contact shop@coffeeangel.com and we'll do our best to help.
The recipient is traveling/outside Ireland
That's okay! The gift code remains valid indefinitely. They can redeem it whenever they're next at a Coffeeangel location in Ireland.
Can they use it for online orders?
No, Send a Coffee gifts are in-store redemption only.
If you'd like to send a gift for online shopping, choose our Online eGift Card instead.
