Note: Our in-store loyalty programme is managed through Square and is only valid for purchases in Coffeeangel shops. Points and rewards cannot be used online.

How It Works

Our loyalty program is powered by Square and uses your phone number as your account identifier.


First-Time Registration

Step 1: Place your order at any Coffeeangel shop

Step 2: Before payment enter your mobile phone number on the customer display screen,

Step 3: Choose your payment method:


If Paying by Card (Credit or Debit):

✓ Your card is automatically linked to your phone number

✓ You'll receive an SMS confirmation

✓ Future purchases with this same card will automatically earn points - NO phone number needed

✓ You'll receive a text message each time points are added


If Paying by Cash:

✓ You must enter your phone number each time to earn points

✓ Your points are linked to your phone number


Adding Additional Cards to Your Account

Want to earn points when using different cards?

Step 1: During checkout, enter your phone number on the customer display BEFORE paying

Step 2: Pay with your new card

Step 3: This card is now linked - future purchases with it will automatically earn points


How to Earn Points

  • Earn 5 points for every €1 spent

  • Valid on food, beverages, and retail coffee

  • Points valid for 12 months

When you accumulate enough points, you can redeem them for a reward at the till in any Coffeeangel shop. Rewards are applied as a discount off your total purchase.

FAQs

Q: Do I need to give my phone number every time?

A: No! Once your credit or debit card is linked, points are added automatically. Only enter your phone number when:

  • Enrolling for the first time

  • Paying with cash

  • Adding a new card to your account

Q: Why didn't I get points?

A: Check if you're using a linked card. If using a new card or cash, you need to enter your phone number first.

Q: Can I use this online?

A: No, this is for in-store purchases only at Coffeeangel shops

Q: I received an SMS saying I have enough points for 8 levels of rewards — what does this mean?

A: Great news — this means you've accumulated enough points to be eligible for 8 different reward tiers! Our loyalty programme has 15 reward tiers in total, ranging from 100 points (€1.00 off) up to 5,000 points (€50.00 off). The rewards are not simple €1.00 increments — they increase in value at higher tiers (for example: 750 points = €7.50, 1,000 points = €10.00, 1,250 points = €12.50). When the SMS says "8 levels", it means you've reached enough points to unlock the first 8 reward tiers. You can only redeem one reward tier per transaction.

To redeem a reward, visit any Coffeeangel shop and ask staff to apply it at the till. Your discount will be applied automatically using your linked card or phone number. You can redeem one reward tier per transaction.
