Minimum Commitment: You must receive at least three consecutive subscription orders to qualify for the Subscribe & Save discount.

You can manage your subscription securely from your account — change the frequency, skip a delivery, pause or cancel.

You will receive an email reminder before each renewal.

Payment is processed automatically before dispatch.

After your third order, you may pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

If you cancel after your order has been processed, your final delivery will still be sent.

Only one discount can be applied per transaction. Store credit cannot be used towards subscription payments.

Loyalty and store credit can be redeemed on regular, manual purchases from the Coffeeangel web shop. Store credit earned through loyalty rewards or a welcome offer is valid for 60 days from the date it is issued and carries a "Use by" date. Goodwill credit, which our team issues if something has gone wrong with an order, does not expire. You can check the total left on a code on our Check your balance page, and see your code and each credit with its own "Use by" date in your Gift Wallet, which needs you to be logged in.

If you wish to use store credit for your regular coffee order, you can temporarily pause your subscription (after the three-order minimum), make a manual purchase using your credit, and then resume your subscription.
