What’s the difference between a recurring subscription and a gift subscription?

  • Recurring Subscription (Subscribe & Save):

    • You receive coffee on a regular schedule (e.g. monthly, fortnightly).

    • Payment is charged automatically before each delivery.

    • You manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription after a minimum of three consecutive orders.

    • You get a 10% discount and free shipping in Ireland.

  • Gift Subscription:

    • You pay upfront for a set period (3, 6, or 12 months).

    • The recipient receives coffee each month for the chosen duration.

    • No ongoing charges or renewals-ends automatically.

    • Perfect for gifting; recipient doesn’t need to manage payments.

How do I manage my recurring subscription?

  • Log in to your Coffeeangel account and select ‘Manage Subscriptions’.

  • You can change your coffee, adjust frequency, update address or payment method, and (after your three-order minimum) pause, skip, or cancel.

What is the minimum commitment for Subscribe & Save?

  • To avail of the subscription discount, you must commit to a minimum of three consecutive orders.

  • You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription after your third order.

Can I use store credit or loyalty points for my subscription?

  • Store credit and loyalty points cannot be applied to subscription payments.

  • They can be used for one-off purchases from our online shop.

Can I buy a subscription as a gift?

  • Yes! Choose a Gift Subscription from our Gift Subscriptions page.

  • Pay upfront for 3, 6, or 12 months.

  • Enter the recipient’s name, address, and a gift message at checkout.

  • We’ll deliver freshly roasted coffee to them each month for the chosen period.

  • No renewal or further action required.

Can the recipient of a gift subscription change their coffee or grind type?

  • The coffee and grind type are set at purchase. If you’d like to request a change, please contact shop@coffeeangel.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Does a gift subscription renew automatically?

  • No. Gift subscriptions end automatically after the selected duration. For ongoing deliveries, consider our recurring Subscribe & Save service.

Is shipping included in the gift subscription price?

  • Yes, all shipping costs are included in the upfront price.

Can I add a gift message?

  • Absolutely! Enter your message at checkout and we’ll include it with the first delivery.

What if the recipient isn’t home for delivery?

  • Our couriers will attempt delivery and, if needed, leave instructions for collection or redelivery.
