When will I be charged for my order?
You'll be charged as soon as you complete checkout. For subscriptions, you're charged automatically before each scheduled delivery.
Can I use more than one payment method?
Only one code applies per order. Checkout has a single "Discount code or gift card" field, so you cannot combine an eGift Card, store credit and a discount code on one order. If your code does not cover the full order, you can pay the remainder by card or Klarna. Do not use Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay when redeeming a code — these skip the code field.
Can I use a Café Gift Card online?
No. Café Gift Cards and Coffee Card Bundles are only valid in our cafés. Online eGift Cards and store credit are for coffeeangel.com. The two run on separate systems and balances cannot transfer. If you have ended up with the wrong one, email shop@coffeeangel.com and we will refund the original order so you can buy the right card.

Where do I see my store credit and when it runs out?
Open your Gift Wallet in your account. It shows each credit and its own "Use by" date, along with your gift cards and transaction history. A single balance can be made up of several credits with different dates, so the Gift Wallet is the place to check. You will need to be logged in.
Can I use Klarna for subscriptions or gift subscriptions?
Currently, Klarna is only available for one-off online purchases and not for recurring subscriptions or prepaid gift subscriptions.
What if my payment fails but I was charged?
Contact us at shop@coffeeangel.com with your order details. We'll investigate and resolve any duplicate or failed payments.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are processed securely and encrypted. We never store your full card details.
