When will I be charged for my order?
You’ll be charged as soon as you complete checkout. For subscriptions, you’re charged automatically before each scheduled delivery.
Can I use more than one payment method?
You can combine a gift card or store credit with another payment method (e.g., card, Klarna) if your balance doesn’t cover the full order.
Can I use an in-store gift card online?*
No, in-store gift cards and Coffee Card Gift Bundles are only valid in Coffeeangel shops. Online eGift cards and store credit are for coffeeangel.com.
Can I use Klarna for subscriptions or gift subscriptions?
Currently, Klarna is only available for one-off online purchases and not for recurring subscriptions or prepaid gift subscriptions.
What if my payment fails but I was charged?
Contact us at shop@coffeeangel.com with your order details. We’ll investigate and resolve any duplicate or failed payments.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
