Steps to Resolve

  2. Try another payment method: If one option isn’t working, try another (e.g., Apple Pay, card, Klarna).

  3. Check your balance: Ensure your card or account has sufficient funds.

  4. Gift card/store credit issues: Double-check your code for typos or expired/used balances.

  5. Browser issues: Refresh the page, clear your browser cache, or try a different browser/device.

  6. Klarna issues: Ensure you meet Klarna’s eligibility requirements and that your billing address matches your Klarna account.
