Steps to Resolve
Check your card details: Make sure your card number, expiry date, and CVV are entered correctly.
Try another card: If a card is declined, try a different card. But if you are redeeming a gift card or store credit, do not switch to Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay — express checkouts skip the "Discount code or gift card" field, so your code will not apply and you will pay the full amount. Use the standard checkout.
Check your balance: Ensure your card or account has sufficient funds.
Gift card or store credit not applying: Check the code and what is left on it on our Check your balance page — no login needed. Online eGift Cards never expire. Store credit from loyalty rewards or a welcome offer does — it is valid for 60 days from issue and carries a "Use by" date. Goodwill credit, which our team issues if something has gone wrong with an order, does not expire. If you are not sure whether a credit has run out, open your Gift Wallet in your account: it shows each credit you hold with its own "Use by" date. You will need to be logged in. If the code is valid and still will not apply, please do not keep retrying: email shop@coffeeangel.com and we will apply it for you.
Browser issues: Refresh the page, clear your browser cache, or try a different browser/device.
Klarna issues: Ensure you meet Klarna's eligibility requirements and that your billing address matches your Klarna account.
