What is a Coffeeangel Gift Subscription?

A Coffeeangel Gift Subscription is a prepaid coffee subscription that lets you send someone a regular delivery of our freshly roasted coffee for a set period. Payment is made upfront, so the recipient never needs to worry about billing. It’s a thoughtful, practical gift for any coffee lover!

How Does It Work?

  • Choose your gift subscription:

    • Monthly Gift Subscription – 1KG: 1 x 1KG bag delivered monthly

    • Monthly Gift Subscription – 250G: 2 x 250G bags delivered monthly

    • Signature Blend Collection Gift Subscription – 1KG: 1 x 1KG bag delivered monthly

  • Select the duration:

    • 3, 6, or 12 months

  • Pay once, upfront:

    • All shipping costs are included in the price

  • Personalise:

    • Enter the recipient’s name, address, and any gift message at checkout

  • We deliver:

    • The recipient receives a delivery of freshly roasted coffee each month for the duration you selected

Q: What’s the difference between a gift subscription and a recurring subscription?
A:

  • A gift subscription is paid for in advance and runs for a set number of months (3, 6, or 12). It does not renew automatically or require the recipient to manage payments.

  • A recurring subscription is billed per delivery, continues until cancelled, and is managed by the subscriber.

Q: Can the recipient change the coffee or grind type?
A:

  • For most gift subscriptions, the coffee and grind type are set at purchase. If you’d like to make a change, please contact us at support@coffeeangel.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Q: Can I add a gift message?
A:

  • Yes! Enter your message at checkout and we’ll include it with the first delivery.

Q: Is shipping included?
A:

  • Yes, all shipping costs are included in the price of the gift subscription.

Q: What if the recipient isn’t home for delivery?
A:

  • Our couriers will attempt delivery and leave instructions for collection or redelivery if needed.

Q: Will the subscription renew automatically?
A:

  • No. Gift subscriptions are prepaid and end automatically after the chosen period.
