Managing Your Coffeeangel Subscription

Our Subscribe & Save service is designed for maximum flexibility and convenience, with exclusive savings for regular customers. Please note: **to avail of the subscription discount, you must commit to a minimum of three consecutive orders.**


How to Manage Your Subscription (via PayWhirl)

  1. Log in to your Coffeeangel account at coffeeangel.com.

  2. Click ‘Manage Subscriptions’ in your account dashboard.

  3. You’ll be redirected to our secure PayWhirl portal.

Here you can:

  • Change your coffee selection (choose a new blend or single origin)

  • Adjust your delivery frequency (weekly, fortnightly, monthly, every 6 weeks, or request a custom interval)

  • Skip an upcoming delivery if you have enough coffee

  • Pause your subscription for up to 3 months

  • Update your delivery address or payment method

  • Cancel your subscription at any time (after your three-order minimum is completed)

All changes take effect immediately for your next scheduled delivery, unless your order has already been processed.


Minimum Commitment

To receive the Subscribe & Save discount, you agree to receive at least three consecutive subscription orders. Early cancellation or pausing is not permitted until you have fulfilled this minimum. After your third order, you are free to pause, skip, or cancel at any time.
