HOW TO ORDER

  1. Create an Office Catering account here.

  2. Browse our menu and select your items (breakfast, lunch, pastries, snacks, coffee, tea).

  3. Place your order before 15:00 for next business day delivery or collection.

  4. Choose delivery or pick-up from your preferred Coffeeangel location.

  5. Pay online (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or set up a Corporate Credit Account (CCA) for monthly invoicing.


GETTING STARTED

Do I need to register to use Coffeeangel’s Office Catering service?

Yes, we ask that you create an account when placing your first Office Catering order. This helps you easily manage your orders and make changes if needed.
Simply follow the link on our Catering page, enter your details, and set a password. Your business information will be saved for future orders, making reordering a breeze.

Can I set up a credit account for my company?

Yes! We offer credit accounts for regular office catering customers. To apply, please see our Payments & Accounts below contact our team at catering@coffeeangel.com.


PLACING YOUR ORDER

How do I place an order?

You can place your order directly online at our Catering page. Select your items, choose your delivery date and time, and follow the checkout process.

How far in advance should I order?

You’re welcome to place your Office Catering order up to one month ahead. Planning early helps us guarantee availability, especially for larger events.

When are your order cut-off times?

To ensure everything is freshly prepared, please place your order by 3:00pm the working day before your delivery or pick-up.
For orders over €250 or for custom requests, we recommend giving us at least two working days’ notice.

Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?

Yes, our minimum for delivery is €30. If your order is under this amount, a €5 delivery charge applies.
There’s no minimum for pick-up orders from our shops.

Can I order same-day catering?

At the moment, we’re unable to offer same-day catering. All our food is made fresh each morning, so please order by 3:00pm the business day before your event.


DELIVERY INFORMATION

Can I order hot/heated food for pick-up or delivery?

Currently, we’re unable to deliver hot or heated food. All items are freshly made and delivered refrigerated or at room temperature.

If you’re collecting your order, we can heat items in-store-just let us know when you arrive. Please note there may be a short wait during busy times.

When do you deliver?

We deliver Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), with a range of convenient 15-minute delivery slots between 8:00am and 1:45pm.


We’ll do our best to arrive within your chosen time slot, but please allow for occasional delays due to traffic or weather.


Be sure someone is available to receive your delivery, or let us know if we should leave it with a neighbour or reception.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to Dublin 1, 2, and 4, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).


MANAGING YOUR ORDER

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Absolutely! You can update or cancel your order up to 3:00pm the working day before your scheduled delivery or pick-up. For Monday deliveries, please let us know by the preceding Friday. After this deadline, we begin preparing your order and may need to charge the full amount.

To make changes or cancel, just email us at catering@coffeeangel.com. Please note we’re unable to accept same-day cancellations or cancellations by phone.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel, please email catering@coffeeangel.com. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery will be charged in full.


PAYMENTS & ACCOUNTS

How do I pay for my order?

All orders must be paid for in advance online. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you have any trouble with payment, please reach out to us at catering@coffeeangel.com.

Can my company set up a monthly credit account?

Yes! If you’re ordering regularly, you can apply for a GoCardless Direct Debit account with us. Payment terms are 14 days after month end.

To get started, simply click here to securely set up your monthly direct debit.

You can also follow the instructions on our Catering page or email us for assistance. Once your direct debit is set up, you’ll receive instructions for seamless checkout.

Do you provide VAT invoices?

Yes, VAT invoices are provided with every order.

Do you use sustainable packaging?

Yes, where possible all packaging is recyclable or compostable.
