Yes, we do offer office catering!

We can deliver directly to your office or if you prefer you can pick-up your order from the Coffeeangel of your choice.

OVERVIEW:

➤ All items are delivered chilled

➤ Place your order before 1500 for next business day

➤ For larger or custom orders, please provide at least two days notice

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is registration / account creation required for Office Catering?

Yes, an account is required to place an Office Catering order. This allows you to manage your order once it has been placed should any changes be required prior to production.

Simply follow this link, enter your details and create a password to set up your personal Office Catering account.

Full business details can be entered when placing your first order. These details will then be stored for easy entry on any future orders.

How far in advance can I place an Office Catering order?

You can place an Office Catering order one month in advance.

When are your order cut-off times?

All orders must be placed by 1500 / 3:00pm the working day before pick up or delivery.

If you would like to place a large order (e.g. over €250), we recommend doing so at least two working days before the it is required to make sure our kitchen can fulfil your order.

Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?

The minimum order threshold is €30.00. Orders less than €30.00 will be subject to a €5.00 delivery charge.

Please note this amount is per order and it can't be combined with other orders placed for the same day.

There is no minimum order amount for Pick Up from our shops.

Can I order on the same day?

Not at this time. All our food is prepared fresh each morning. All catering orders must be placed the business day before collection or delivery is required.

Can I order hot / heated food for pick-up or delivery?

Whilst freshly made, hot / heated food can not be ordered for pick-up or delivery at this time.

Requests to heat items can be made in-store when collecting. But please note customers may experience delays depending on in-store order volumes at time of collection.

What days and times do you deliver?

We offer a range of 15-minute delivery slots Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and we try our best to deliver in your selected time slot. Delivery slots range between 0800 - 1345.

When choosing your time slot, please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive as the time may be subject to parking availability, traffic, road diversions and weather - which can unfortunately be unpredictable.

For all orders, please ensure someone is onsite to accept deliveries or that clear delivery instructions are left if your order is to be left with a neighbour / reception.

Where do you deliver?

We can currently deliver Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) to addresses in Dublin 1, 2 and 4.

Can I pay at when picking up or on delivery? Or by phone?

No. We ask our customers to pay online orders in advance. Our website accepts all credit and debit cards. Payment via Apple and Google Pay are also enabled.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Changes to your order can be made up to the cut-off times detailed above - by 1500 the working day before delivery or collection.

Orders can be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours before your chosen delivery slot, Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays). So if you need to cancel an order being delivered on Monday, this will need to be done by the Friday before the delivery.

After this deadline, we must charge our customers the full cost of any order that is not cancelled within the required time frame.

We are unable to accept same day cancellations or cancellations over the phone.

Can I set up an credit account for our office and pay monthly?

If you are ordering regularly, we are happy to offer the convenience of payment by GoCardless Direct Debit.

Payment terms via our Direct Debit facility are 14 days after month end.
