Common Reasons for Payment Failure

  • Card has expired or been replaced

  • Insufficient funds

  • Incorrect billing address


How to Update Your Payment Details

  1. Log in to your Coffeeangel account.

  2. Click ‘Manage Subscriptions’ to access your PayWhirl portal.

  3. Select ‘Update Payment Method’ and enter your new card details.

Your next payment attempt will use the updated information.


What Happens if Payment Fails?

  • You’ll receive an email notification from us.

  • PayWhirl will automatically retry your payment.

  • If payment cannot be processed after several attempts, your subscription will be paused.

  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time after updating your payment method.
