Pre-orders: how they work

Some coffees are sold as pre-orders. They're roasted to order on a set date and sent out straight after. The dispatch date is shown on the product page, in your cart and in your order confirmation email.

Ordering other things at the same time

If your order includes a pre-order along with other items, the whole order is held and sent together on the pre-order's dispatch date. If you'd like the other items sooner, place them as a separate order and we'll send them straight away. Delivery is free on orders over €35 to Irish addresses, so for most orders this costs nothing extra.

Payment and tracking

You're charged at checkout, as with any order. You'll get a shipping email with tracking on the day it's sent. Collection orders are ready at the café from the dispatch date.

Current pre-order

Exceptional & Rare 2026 — roasted Monday 14 December, sent Thursday 17 December. Pre-orders close Sunday 13 December or when the hundred boxes are gone.
