How to Track Your Order
After dispatch, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a DPD tracking link.
Click the link to view your parcel’s live status and estimated delivery date.
You can also log in to your Coffeeangel account and check your order history for tracking updates.
What if I didn't receive a tracking email or SMS?
Occasionally, courier notification emails or SMS do not send correctly. If you haven't received any tracking information:
• Contact us with your order number and the email address you used at checkout
• Our team will check directly with the courier (Xpect Express for Dublin City orders, or DPD for all other areas) and resend your tracking link or arrange a replacement if necessary

Delivery Statuses Explained
Order Received: We’ve received your order and are preparing it for dispatch.
Dispatched: Your parcel has left our roastery and is with DPD.
In Transit: Your parcel is on its way.
Out for Delivery: Your parcel is on the delivery vehicle and should arrive today.
Delivered: Your parcel has arrived!
Delayed or Missing Orders
- Check your tracking link for the latest updates.
If your parcel is delayed by more than 2 working days (Ireland/UK) or 5 working days (EU/International), please contact us.
If your tracking shows ‘Delivered’ but you haven’t received your parcel, check with neighbours or your local delivery depot, then contact us for support.
