What to Do If My Order Is Delayed or Lost

We do our best to ensure every order arrives on time, but sometimes delays can happen. Here’s what to do:


1. Check Your Tracking

  • Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to see your parcel’s status

  • Check for any delivery attempt notifications from DPD or Xpect


2. Still No Delivery?

  • If your order is delayed by more than 2 working days (Ireland/UK) or 5 working days (EU/International), please contact us

  • If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, check with neighbours or your local delivery depot


3. Contact Us

  • Email shop@coffeeangel.com or use live chat with your order number

  • We’ll investigate with DPD or Xpect and keep you updated
