What to Do If My Order Is Delayed or Lost
We do our best to ensure every order arrives on time, but sometimes delays can happen. Here’s what to do:
1. Check Your Tracking
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to see your parcel’s status
Check for any delivery attempt notifications from DPD or Xpect
2. Still No Delivery?
If your order is delayed by more than 2 working days (Ireland/UK) or 5 working days (EU/International), please contact us
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, check with neighbours or your local delivery depot
3. Contact Us
