Unfortunately, items purchased through our online shop cannot be returned or exchanged at our physical stores due to different systems.
Why? Our online shop uses Shopify, while our stores use Square - they operate independently and cannot process transactions across platforms.

Is my item eligible for return or exchange?
To qualify, your item must meet these conditions:
1. Time: Within 14 days of delivery (for any reason) or within 2 years (for faulty items under EU law)
2. Condition: Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
3. Proof of purchase: You must have your order number/confirmation email
4. Not excluded: Coffee (whole bean or ground), personalised items, and digital goods are non-returnable unless faulty
Replacement Item - Pickup or Delivery?
If your exchange is approved, we can arrange for your replacement item to be:
- Shipped to your address, OR
- Ready for collection at one of our Dublin locations

For In-Store Purchases
If you purchased an item directly in one of our stores, you can return or exchange it at any of our Dublin locations:
- Bring the item in its original condition
- Bring your receipt (if you have it)
- Our team will help you with the exchange
Our stores cannot process online order returns/exchanges, but they can handle all in-store purchases.
