Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or not as described within 2 years of delivery, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Coffeeangel covers return shipping for faulty items.

Where possible, we will offer a repair as the first remedy, followed by replacement or refund if repair is not feasible.


If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:

  1. Contact us immediately with photos/video of the issue.

  2. We’ll arrange a free return label.

  3. Choose:

    • Replacement (same item)

    • Store credit + 10% bonus

    • Full refund

Note: For faults discovered after 6 months, we may require proof the issue existed at delivery.


Equipment warranties

The Wilfa Svart grinder carries a 12-month parts and labour warranty.

If your grinder develops a fault, email shop@coffeeangel.com and let us know when you bought it. If it was purchased within the warranty period, return it to us and we will send it off to be assessed for repair.

Your statutory rights under EU and Irish law are not affected.
