How the CCA Works
Eligibility & Setup
The CCA is offered to select businesses who wish to reward their team with a coffee tab in one of our cafés or with office catering.
Each CCA is set up for a specific Coffeeangel café (for example Mount Street Lower or South Anne Street) and/or for Catering.
Approval is required – contact us to apply.
Ordering Process
In our cafés:
Employees identify themselves as part of the participating company at the till.
Orders are processed without immediate payment; spend is tracked to the company account.
Who can charge to your account is your decision. If you want our team to ask for staff ID before putting an order on your account, tell us in advance and we will. If you do not, we have no way of verifying who is spending on the account, so please only share the account name with the people you are happy to have use it.
Office Catering:
Place catering orders via our dedicated Catering portal, selecting Credit Account as your payment option.
Loyalty Points & Discounts:
Loyalty points cannot be used on a Corporate Credit Account. Points are neither earned nor redeemed on CCA purchases.
Instead, a 5% discount is applied to the account at the end of each month, covering food, drink and retail coffee purchased through the account. Hardware and brewing tools – grinders, brewers, kettles and scales – are not included. This is the CCA benefit in place of points.
On standard (non-CCA) payment, café loyalty points are earned on food, drink and retail coffee only. Hardware and brewing tools do not earn points.
Billing & Payment
Monthly Invoicing: At month-end, you receive a detailed invoice/statement with a full VAT breakdown. The 5% discount is applied to the account at this point.
Direct Debit: Set up a secure GoCardless direct debit; payment is collected 14 days after invoice issue.
Receipts: Individual receipts can be printed or emailed upon request at the time of order.
Reporting: Monthly statements help you monitor usage; transaction breakdowns available on request.

Coffeeangel does not police individual spend, but you can set and communicate your own company guidelines. Monthly statements and transaction breakdowns are available to help you monitor usage.
Will I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes, a detailed VAT invoice is provided monthly.
Is my payment information secure? Yes, all direct debits are processed securely via GoCardless and your data is handled in compliance with GDPR.
Can I get receipts for individual transactions?
