At then end of 2021 we updated our in-store point of sale system across all Coffeeangel locations. As a consequence of this change, our teams are now unable to redeem In-Store Gift Cards (both physical and digital) purchased prior to 06/12/20.
But we would be more than happy to transfer the total balance remaining on these cards over to either our new In-store Loyalty App or we can issue you with a digital eGift Card of equal value for use on coffeeangel.com
We have retained the card numbers and remaining value of all active gift cards still in circulation (both physical and digital). Simply follow the steps below depending on whether you wish to have the balance transferred to our Loyalty App (for in-store use only) or to a digital eGift Card (for online use only).
TRANSFER BALANCE TO COFFEEANGEL'S LOYALTY APP

Register and add our Loyalty App to your mobile device (please remember to verify your email address) - see full here for instructions.
Complete this form in full and we will permanently deactivate your In-store gift Card and transfer the balance over to your new personal Loyalty App account.
Please ensure you provide the same email address on the form as used when registering for your Loyalty App account
Once we've completed the transfer, you'll then see your total balance available - plus an extra β¬2.00 - in the Loyalty tab within the app.

Complete this form in full and we will permanently deactivate your In-store gift Card and re-issue you with a digital eGift Card of equal value for use on coffeeangel.com
Once the form has been received and balance verified, we will permanently deactivate your In-store gift Card and issue you with a digital eGift Card of equal value for use on coffeeangel.com
We will then email you a Coffeeangel 'eGift Card' equal to the total remaining value of your In-store Gift Card. This eGift Card can then be used when checking out on coffeeangel.com.
