All Coffeeangel Gift Cards purchased prior to 06/12/20 are valid for "in-store use only". These cards can not be redeemed for online purchases on coffeeangel.com.

However - in light of the challenges posed by Covid-19 and the government's stay / work at home directive - if you have received a Coffeeangel In-store Gift Card and are unable to visit one of our locations to redeem, we have come up with a couple of options...

  1. Complete this form in full and we will permanently deactivate your In-store gift Card and re-issue you with a digital eGift Card of equal value for use on coffeeangel.com
  2. Simply return your physical gift card to us by post - including your full name, phone number and email address. Once the Gift Card has been received and balance verified, we will permanently deactivate your In-store gift Card and issue you with a digital eGift Card of equal value for use on coffeeangel.com

Upon receipt of your Gift Card details - either by form or post - we will then email you a Coffeeangel 'eGift Card' equal to the total remaining value of your In-store Gift Card. This eGift Card can then be used when checking out on coffeeangel.com.

Please note this transfer from an In-store to Online Gift card is permanent and can not be reversed.
